Memberships can be canceled with a $50 cancellation fee (excluding fully covered memberships), and all outstanding balances must be cleared for the cancellation to be processed.

Members may also place their membership on hold in 3-month intervals, with a maximum freeze period of 6 months. A freeze request form must be completed to process the hold.

We welcome members as young as 12 years old. Guests ages 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Members ages 16–18 are welcome to work out independently.

All minors must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on their behalf.
